Flown in directly from the producer assures you of receiving the freshest smoked Scottish salmon you can find anywhere. Atlantic Smoked Salmon: St James Nordic Reserve smoked salmon has been made in the Norwegian style using only the finest specialty selected fresh atlantic salmon. The fillets are trimmed by hand to remove the dark meat (blood line), shoulder slices, tail slices and belly section. Note: The actual delivered size and weight of the fish will vary a little and will not be exact.
